I used one all the time in my last work van. Drove it over a good chunk of the US and interference was rarely a problem. You just need to pick a couple unpopular frequencies right next to eat other and set those as two of your radio station defaults. It’s slightly annoying but it rarely even happens.

I don’t know if you’re in any position to suggest decisions, but your software is often run on subpar hardware. Going to touchscreens doubled our call time, it was because of the half second or so of loading between touches. It couldn’t be used naturally because of the delay.
I don’t oppose property taxes at all, I just oppose they way they’re used for funding an area such as for schools. This method insures the poorest zip codes have the worst schools.
I think it’s completely fair really. I mean you’re already getting mad benefits from leeching from two states, surely you want to pay something towards public services where you live?

The problem with the voting holiday idea, is many people are forced to work every holiday. They are generally the most marginalized people who work in the service industry as well. I used to be one. I was the general manager of a pizza shop and I worked every single holiday, football game, anything you can think of that will keep people from cooking and/or get them drinking. I also scheduled basically the entire staff for those days. It sucked. I told everyone from the start that holidays don’t exist for you anymore in food, but it didn’t stop women with tears in their eyes telling me they never expected they wouldn’t be able to take their kids trick or treating.
Sometimes even empty platitudes of hope can help a deeply depressed person.
