Honestly, if you don’t mind gaming at 1080p, and keeping graphical settings reasonable in order to maintain a playable frame rate - you could be OK for a couple more years.
Otherwise if the upgrade itch just becomes too much, the Steam Machine could very well be a suitable entry point - provided that RAM model prices don’t continue to skyrocket.

Interestingly enough, I was casually window browsing TVs and was surprised to find that LG killed off their OLED 8K TVs a couple years ago!

I don’t know the exact specifics surrounding the denial of access to bathrooms (ie. if they were private residence, commercial business or public access); but in the case of the first two - even if not necessary- either the 3rd or 4th amendments could be used as grounds to legally refuse entry and/or sue in the event of subsequent unlawful trespass.
