As somebody from Upstate NY, I can’t say I feel too bad for them. The south has been holding this country back for decades tbh…

Doesn’t matter. We threatened their sovereignty. People aren’t gonna stop to consider which states did what when they’re under economic attack, especially economic attack which is being used as a pretense for coercion.

As an American who lives literally 15 minutes from the border, I personally wouldn’t want my friends from abroad to come here right now. It just isn’t safe.
