Can the XR1 work as non standalone like the Frame with the receiver? That’s the advantage for me, to have more processing power when I need/want it.

I installed Fedore Kinoite on my mom’s laptop. I would always install Fedora on someone elses computer because it’s what I use myself and have the most experience with it.

I will try to use it with Adobe Reader. Right now I need a Windows VM to use it because a PDF I use (MorePurpleMoreBetter Character Sheet for D&D) needs all the PDF scripting and it only works in Adobe Reader and getting Adobe Reader to work in Wine is a pain.

Nah, I will keep my job as a software dev.

I just read this whole thread and holy shit you sound insufferable.

Because people seem to have a special hate boner for Firefox on here.
And please don’t call me bro.
Edit: hate not hat

It was not enabled by default for me.

Do you have to enable the feature first? Because I’m on v141 and I don’t see this feature. Complaining about a useless and draining feature that you yourself enabled is a special kind of stupid tbh.

I do partially agree with his buttons and app-points. I dislike how we are forced to download apps for everything, including the questionable tracking software.
I also agree with this.

Calling the big grey bezels of old TVs stylish is certainly an interesting take.
I use Fedora. I like that it’s very up to date and that it doesn’t change the GNOME defaults. It also has a big community and many resources to look into if anything goes wrong.

Since you have this printer, can you tell me what volume the ink tanks hold? This info seems impossible to find.

That helps, thanks.

It’s still an important distinction IMO

400 million windows devices not users.
And they respect robots.txt afaik
