I lost my house to a forest fire when I was a kid and the help we got was literally life saving. This time around I’m already stockpiling dry food and water. Also been getting a bunch of work done on my car so it’s as reliable as possible just in case I need to leave in a hurry. Got my “oh shit” bag ready to go in my car too with some extra water and food in the trunk. We’ve been in a “housing crisis” for about 10 years now and now they are taking away peoples food and health care. If they weren’t trying so hard to change history they’d pick up some history books and learn a thing or two. I’m not saying anything is going to happen, I’m just saying history tends to repeat itself.

I’m so tired of useless AI “features” plaguing every facet of the internet. I get that there are uses for this kinda stuff, but literally everything is not the answer. Especially since 70% of the AI features they have added to YouTube are either useless or inadequate for what they say they do. My favorite is the AI summary of the comment section saying some stupid shit like “the comments talk about the jokes in the video.” Like… How is that helpful?

At this rate it almost seems like they are trying to stop people from even using YouTube with how much information and summaries they are trying to give you without ever interacting with the video itself.

Making Mountain Dew Code Red and Flamming Hot Cheetos bright ass fucking red has always seemed so pointless to me. The only reason people would find uncolored food unappealing would probably come down to conditioning since we were kids. In the US we have literally always had food that was heavily colored all over the grocery store and has always been hard to avoid. And colorized beverages in cans I always found incredibly dumb as 80% of people will never even see the liquid in the first place since they drink it right out of the can.
