I think there are some requirements, might not be fair, but they exist. Also I’m pretty sure wanting to blow up a plane is one of them.

Okay that’s true but if we circle back to my original point, it would seem that asking to see ID makes sense from a security standpoint.

If a person has no weapons and still is “too dangerous” to be on a plane, why are they not in jail?
I think that’s the point, they’ll get arrested if they try to fly. Doesn’t that make things more secure?

What makes the real ID real?

There is no actual proven security reason for the TSA collecting this information.
That doesn’t sound right. If there’s a list of wanted or potentially dangerous terrorists or criminals, and I provide ID showing that I am not one of those people, isn’t that a security reason for showing ID?

With an electrical fire in a ballroom full of 900 of Trump’s enablers and the doors fail to open due to corner cutting?

Happened to me once outside San Angelo. Noticed the car behind turn their headlights off for a second, then they flipped their red and blues on. I was pulled over because my license plate lights were out, but I’m pretty sure they just wanted to see who was driving the shitty car with out of state plates through their town. No ticket, no warning, didn’t ask to search the car, just annoyingly nosey.

Sounds like we won’t be testing anything since no one else is testing.

Why would tariffs tank crypto?

Why would tariffs make crypto tank? Why not the opposite? How’d that person who shorted bitcoin know it would drop? Maybe they didn’t, but it was quite the bet if they didn’t know.

Seems like a compromise, Trump doesn’t win, because he’s antithetical to the prize but they’ve given him a tool to use during the regime change.

Her winning seems like a gesture towards Trump. Like “hey, you didn’t win but guess what, an enemy of the regime you’re considering toppeling won. Maybe you could work with that.”

Doesn’t this play into Trump’s threats towards Venezuela’s government? The nobel peace prize committee just handed a lot of legitimacy and publicity to someone opposing the same regime Trump is targeting.
People, please read the article and not these stupid, flame stoking comments.

This is one of those headlines that freaks me out, but ultimatly this meeting probably won’t effect me in any way. This keeps happening. I should just stop monitoring this stuff.

In the podcast, Thiel explained that he believes the Antichrist will present itself as an advocate for regulation, pushing to slow technological and scientific progress in the name of safety. He suggested, with a straight face, that the Antichrist could look a lot like 22-year-old climate activist Greta Thunberg.
He’s just getting the jump on his opposition. Of course regulations are the work of the antichrist. The one legal thing that could stop whatever shit he’s cooking up is a biblical boogieman. You better think twice if you want to reign in AI or environmental degradation, because that’s anti-jesus.
Does he really think a lecture series will spread that message? Wouldn’t youtube videos be better? Why in-person lectures?
Also why is he threatened by someone like Greta? Greta has no power. More broadly speaking, the left, however you’d like to define it, is unorganized and therefore has no power. Furthermore any serious actions as of late appear to result in capture of the actors. There’s not a damn thing that can be done unless you want to throw yourself away.

This guy doesn’t look like an expert marksman, but I guess looks can be deceiving.
What were you expecting? Two working arms, at least one working eye, and a fair amount of practice is all that’s required. Anyone is capable.
Thanks for posting that link.

Then what is it?

No no, it’s great, thanks for sharing and sorry for your troubles. As I was reading your first comment I was getting freedom vibes and then, oh shit, you dropped their name. Yay! /s
The level of incompetence I’ve seen is peanuts compared to what you’ve been through. I looked up the specifics of PMI cancellation from the consumer financial protection bureau and the last letter they sent is simply wrong, while the second one was 99% correct. I think I’ll send them copies of the letters and ask for clarification just to be a hassel.
Again I keep thinking AI. In what way they’re using it, I don’t know, but the randomness of the responses I’ve received makes me think nobody is at the wheel. The one time I called, the person gave me inaccurate numbers for pmi cancellation, and he said had to wait for a calculator to spit out a value. Perhaps they are interacting with an AI that dictates their output.
It also might be easier to defund the department of war. Cutting defense spending might sound unwise to someone who doesn’t know whats actually going on. Cutting war spending when there’s no war is a much easier sell.
