They’re not allowed to reject someone and the things they are saying because “No True Scotsman”, but they are also held responsible for the things this other person does because they have not expelled them somehow, which is something they aren’t allowed to do.

If you’re going to say “No True Scotsman” then you can’t also claim every “Scotsman” is responsible for the actions of every other “Scotsman”.
