    When I lived in hacienda heights I saw tons of pregnant women that didn’t speak any English. It was suspected that most of the townhomes/condos in the area were citizenship farms.

          Who was spreading that rumor and why do you lend it creedence? Have you considered the person who claimed that was racist?

            The HOA was involved in working with officials and I don’t remember the details but it wasn’t simply a rumor. I tried looking up the news story about it but it’s impossible to search for anything without getting pages of current news.

            It’s not being racist, yes it does sound racist, but this has been happening in different OC cities. Irvine is or was a huge one. There was a news article and arrest for that exact thing. It was more a citizenship tourism kind of thing.
