I wouldn’t be surprised either. There is an intelligence portion on which you’ll be disqualified if you score too high. I wonder if it was that part.
Likely. For reference: the 2nd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in New York said it’s “not discrimination” if they kick you for scoring high on the cop intelligence test. I’m guessing it involves making a toy truck go vroom.
If they set the bar at a rational level, no one could be cops.
