    Good for them. The party of small government and personal and business rights should not be meddling in their business.

    I am a minority, but I have had reservations to DEI initiatives. I am partial to France’s approach of not recording race, gender and religion on workplaces whatsoever. Although with how Trump handles it, being anti-DEI in the US is really a shotgun approach to basically just hiring 99% white men.

      The problem with the French solution is that you have no way of knowing it works.

      I prefer the EPA emissions solution: Force companies to report their numbers. Publish that list. Let society decide if those are racist numbers or not.

      Are you in the US? I’m in Europe and I think people here working in supply chains have reservations about DEI targets when buying for American companies for this same reason. We’re taught to buy only based on value and capability to deliver.

    I have a bunch of LLP clients and prospects and some of the websites feel like DEI is more front and center than before
